Doesn't this look yummy?

I'm a huge fan of the "This is Why You're Fat" website. Some of the concoctions look like they come straight from gastronomical Hell but are great fun to look at and contemplate eating along with my husband. At times we wince and many other times we look at each other and say, "Ohhhhhhhhhh".

To your left is a prime example of an "Ohhhhhhhhhh" moment. It is described thusly:

The Miles Dog

A hot dog covered with cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions, ketchup, guacamole, and several slices of bacon.

Scrape the bun off of that baby and we're in! For various health reasons we don't eat most carbohydrates so many of the offerings on the site are pretty much out of the question, but I am seriously considering making the following for Toad's next football party:
